Stainless Steel Rail Joiners for Code 40 Bullhead or Flat Bottom Rail. Can also be used to join Bullhead Rail to Flat Bottom Rail.
At only 4x0.8x0.5mm, these ultra tiny Rail Joiners have been precision laser cut to an incredibly high standard!
NOTE: Due to the tiny nature of code 40 rail, these Rail Joiners are manufactured as a 'loose fit' and require 'sizing' to the correct fit using a pair of flat nose pliers while attached to two pieces of scrap Bullhead Rail (see downloadable instructions for this process).
Even if using with Code 40 Flat Bottom rail, the joiner must first be 'sized' to Bullhead Rail. If you do not have any Bullhead Rail, a small peice can be added using the drop down selection menu.
