PLEASE NOTE!!! This kit has gone through a design change and upgrade to the new Easy Build version!This turnout kit has gone through a design change to the newer easy build version and now includes a new plastic sleeper base with all the chairs already pre installed! No sprues or individual chairs that need cutting off and inserting into the base one by one - a massive time saver!
This kit also now uses 'All Rail' instead of a casting for the crossing frog or K Crossings. As such, a 'cast crossing frog' is not longer provided and has now been replaced with pre-machined V's that simply slide into the base. This results is far better looking track and smooth running of trains.
The switch blades are now pre-milled and are soldered 'in situ' by the kit builder.
Kit to build an N Gauge AV7 concrete sleeper turnout with code 40 Flat Bottom Rail.
The kit comes supplied with pre machined switch blades and Tie Bar with pre machined holes for the pins. The switch blades are required to be soldered to the tie bar pins 'in situ' by the kit builder.

NOTE: This is a kit that must be assembled and NOT a finished 'ready to lay' turnout. Other components are needed to complete (see above).
A Stock Rail Foot Filing Jig (link above) is needed to filing the foot (bottom) of code 40 Flat Bottom stock rails.
Only recently released models with finer wheels and flanges (models released in the last 10 years) will run on this fine code 40 track system. It is designed to accept stock with a back to back of 7.4mm.
Older rolling stock may need wheels replacing with newer, finer equivalents.
